Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  • Make the Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  • Serve: Slice the grilled chicken and serve it with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce on the side. Enjoy with grilled veggies or over a bed of rice.
