- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Olive oil for cooking
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
